Terms of Service

1. The service

JewelGlow AI is an online photo studio for jewellery. You upload a photo, a sketch or a CAD render of a piece, choose a tool, and the service makes a new picture or a short video from it. The tools include retouching, try-on, product with model, creative scenes, video, and sketch or CAD to image.

We may add, change or remove tools and settings. We will try to tell you about changes that matter.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the studio. Give us a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team members do.

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the service for a business that is allowed to enter this agreement.

Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Credits, plans and payments

The studio runs on credits. Every tool shows its credit cost before you start, and the price depends on the tool and the quality you choose. Higher quality costs more.

• Monthly plans add credits each month. Unused plan credits carry over for one more month and then expire.
• Credits you buy once in a pack never expire.
• If a run fails, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically.
• All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless we say otherwise.

Credits are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund or where we say so in writing. We may change prices; a change does not affect credits you have already bought.

Online payments are handled by a payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.

4. Your photos and results

You keep ownership of the photos, sketches and designs you upload and of the results made from them. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service for you, including sending them to the AI image providers we use to make your results.

You promise that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not break anyone else's rights or the law.

Uploads and results are kept temporarily and are deleted automatically, about 12 hours after they are made. Download anything you want to keep. We cannot recover files after they are deleted.

5. AI-made results

Results are made by artificial intelligence and can be imperfect. A stone, a setting, a chain or a size may not match your piece exactly. Always compare every result with your original before you publish it or sell from it.

We do not promise that a result will be exact, fit a particular purpose, or be different from results made for other people.

6. What you may not do

• Upload anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Upload pictures of people without their permission, or any sexual, hateful or violent content.
• Use the service to deceive buyers, for example by presenting an AI picture as a real photo of a product you do not have.
• Try to break, overload or get around the service, or share your account with people outside your business.
• Resell or copy the service itself.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it may be slow, interrupted or unavailable at times, including while we update it or when a provider we rely on has problems. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

8. Services we rely on

The service relies on other companies for hosting, storage, sign-in, email, payments and AI image creation. Their problems can affect the service. Your use of the service is also subject to the rules those providers apply to us.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time. Ask us to delete your account and we will do so, subject to records we must keep by law. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. Unused credits are lost when an account is closed for breaking these terms.

10. Our responsibility

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profit, lost sales, or lost content, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
