Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information JewelGlow AI collects, why, who it is shared with and how long it is kept. We keep it as short and plain as we can.

1. What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and password (stored in a protected form), your company name and details you add in settings, such as a brand name, website, phone number and address.
  • Your content: the photos, sketches and CAD renders you upload, the settings you choose, and the results made from them.
  • Usage records: which tools you ran, when, the credits used, plan and purchase records, and the history of your credit balance.
  • Payment records: the amount, date and status of a payment. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
  • Technical information: basic logs such as your browser type and IP address, used to keep the service secure and working.
  • Messages: anything you send us when you contact us, for example on WhatsApp.

2. How we use it

  • To run the service: sign you in, make your results, keep your credit balance and show your history.
  • To take payments and keep the records the law requires.
  • To send emails you need, such as account confirmation and password reset.
  • To keep the service safe, fix problems and prevent misuse.
  • To answer your questions and give support.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your photos to advertise to you.

3. How long we keep it

  • Uploads and results are temporary: they are deleted automatically about 12 hours after they are made.
  • Account details are kept while your account is open.
  • Billing and credit records are kept for as long as the law requires.

When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your information, except what we must keep by law.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run the service, and only what they need:

  • Hosting, database, file storage and sign-in providers, who store your account and files.
  • AI image providers, who receive the photos and settings you submit so they can make your result.
  • An email provider, who delivers sign-up and password emails.
  • A payment provider, who processes payments.

We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.

5. Where information is stored

Our providers may store and process information in countries other than yours. We choose providers who protect it with appropriate safeguards.

6. Security

We protect your information with sign-in controls, separation between companies' data, encrypted connections and private file storage. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it to yourself.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service working. We do not use advertising cookies.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can change your company and brand details in Settings. You can delete downloaded results from your own devices at any time.

9. Children

The service is for businesses and adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. For big changes we will tell you in the service.
